    • Guided tour of the United States Naval Academy by an alum and retired Captain, USN

    • Banquet honored our recently deceased Shipmate and Farragut (DLG-6) Plankowner, FTC Clyde Carroll

    • Russell Kaufmann, DLG-6 re-elected President. His first duty was attending the dedication of the of the Admiral David G. Farragut gravesite at the Woodlawn Cemetery in NYC as a National Historic Site.

    • ​Visited the Navy , USS Lassen (DDG-82) Friday 10 June.

    • Ropeyarn Liberty and General Membership Meeting Saturday 11 June.

    • Testimonial Dinner at the Hotel Saturday Night. Guests of Honor from USS Farragut (DDG-99) included The Captain, CDR Megan Thomas, The Executive Officer, The Command Master Chief, CMDCM (SW) Martin Roberts. Dinner was great, Door Prizes so-so, Cake was BEAUTIFUL, so were the wives and sweethearts, Speeches were made, gifts were given that humbled Shipmates, music was made by DJ Bob Alvey, "The Sound Man".

    • Low attendance of the Guided Tour of Saint Augustine Sunday 12 June provided by Active Escapes, CDR John Aguilera, Pres. We had a great time just the same with great weather and a tour and shopping and lunch at Barnacle Bill's. We were greeted by the Mayor of Saint Augustine and the Navy League.

    • Events TBD. Visit the Navy? Visit the Hampton Roads Naval Museum and the USS Wisconsin (BB-64)?? Visit the Mariner's Musem in Newport News, home to the USS Monitor/CSS Virginia exhibit and an exhibit dedicated to the DL/DLG class hull designers, Gibbs & Cox?
    • ​Thomas Randall be the host for this reunion. Reunion Committee includes Mike Olivieri, Johnny Storm (2nd VP Juan Yera) and (hopefully) Bob Behre.
